The Tabata Training Method
The Tabata Button is based on the Tabata-protocol established 1996 by Dr. Izumi Tabata. With this training method you can reach maximum training effects. Only 4 minutes of this workout stimulates your fat burning efficiently because you train on the aerobic and anaerobic threshold. Conventional training methods such as cycling or jogging take a longer time for the same results. One full interval training implicates 8 rounds. In each round you train 20 seconds and then you take a break of 10 seconds. Have fun!
